Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of spa treatments to guests, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the spa facilities and treatment areas

• Provide a warm and welcoming environment to all guests

• Assist in promoting spa services and retail products to guests

• Work closely with lodge management to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

• Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualification (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP)

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role

• Experience working in a luxury spa or lodge environment preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanour

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
