Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales teams. Must reside in Pretoria East. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, implement strategies, and achieve measurable results. Energetic, goal-oriented, and a go-getter with the ability to think outside the box. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Responsibilities: Oversee the overall dealership operations with a strong focus on driving sales and profitability. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service delivery. Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase market share. Monitor and manage dealership performance, budgets, and compliance with industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, clients, and stakeholders.
