Job Title: Parts Procurement ManagerLocation: 14km outside MalmesburyCompany: Virtigo Sand & StoneVirtigo Sand & Stone, a leading provider of sand, gravel, and aggregate supplies, is seeking an experienced Parts Procurement Manager for our workshop, located just outside Malmesbury. Our workshop oversees the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of our fleet of trucks, farm machines, and construction/plant hire machinery.Key

Responsibilities:

Procure parts, tyres, and materials for the workshop.Conduct regular stock take to maintain inventory levels.Work with the admin office to ensure timely payments to suppliers.Maintain detailed records of parts inventory and supplier agreements.Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workshop.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in parts procurement, workshop management, and tyre management.Strong knowledge of truck, farm machinery, and construction equipment parts.Ability to manage stock take and inventory control.Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.Able to work onsite and collaborate with the admin office for payment processes.Closing Date: 31 October 2024Position to be filled ASAP
