Job Description
Hire Resolve is looking for a Senior Compliance Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is vital for upholding our commitment to integrity and regulatory adherence. The Senior Compliance Administrator will develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure that all company operations align with legal standards and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
- Organize and deliver compliance training for employees.
- Monitor and respond to changes in regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to strengthen compliance practices.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Oversee documentation and record-keeping related to compliance matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in compliance or a similar role.
- Expert knowledge of industry regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in compliance and ethics (e.g., CCEP) is a plus.
