AWS Practitioner certification. German language proficiency. Qualifications IT Degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a DevOps role. Role Highlights Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Troubleshoot and debug remote services in serverless computing and microservices architecture (AWS preferred). Perform daily system health checks and ensure SLA compliance. Coordinate technical lifecycle management (TLM) topics with feature teams. Generate KPI reports and present to stakeholders monthly. Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with Agile Masters, Developers, Product Owners, and global stakeholders.
