Responsibilities:
Is the partner of the IT-Sub-PdO Working closely with the Delivery Manager of the department to steer and support the feature team from a technical point of view. Manage a Feature Team in cooperation with the Delivery Manager to fulfil the prioritised requirements using agile methodologies. Forecast and plan for resources, infrastructure, training and licenses for the team in coordination with the Delivery Manager. Risk management and conflict resolution. Collaborate with Business and IT Sub-Product Owners and colleagues across multiple products and countries. Understand the product and its processes from a technical and business viewpoint Support the Sub-IT Product Owner in creation and prioritisation of Product Backlog with business stakeholders and technical team. Ensure quality and timeliness of agreed deliverables (Team-DoR/-DoD and Stakeholder-Requirements). Quality Assurance of deliverables Timely escalation of risks to the IT Product Owner if a timeline cannot be fulfilled Give approval of the developed Product Increments from the Feature Team for return to Sub-PdO. Coach and mentor junior developers Works hand in hand with Agile Master in Planning and Steering Domain Cycles / Sprints
