Responsibilities:

Operate Voortman beamline machinery to process structural steel components accurately and efficiently. Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the machine to ensure uninterrupted operation. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to machine settings as needed to meet specifications. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders to determine machine operations. Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery. Collaborate with team members, including engineers and fabricators, to optimize workflow and meet production targets. Keep detailed records of machine operations, maintenance, and production output. Qualifications: Previous experience operating Voortman beamline machines or similar CNC machinery. Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
