Job Summary
· Takes ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the Teams delivery and performance · Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations · Supports one or more Feature Teams in complex Products / Sub-products up to Domain level · Guides the team and organisation on the use and application of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices · Co-ordinates PI (Domain Cycle) planning, together with Product Owners · Supports the Product Owner with grooming processes and product backlog management · Co-ordinates and leads relevant Agile Ceremonies · Drives the resolution of Impediments · Drives the team delivery · Assists with internal and external communication and improving transparency. Demonstrates the status / performance of the team as key element. · Focuses on continuous improvement with the relevant Feature Team. · Drives topics related to team morale & culture. · Provides coaching & support of Feature Members. · Assesses the agile maturity of the team and organisation and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and Product Owners. · Assists with other project / product- and team coordination tasks when required · Provides active and regular mentorship to other Agile Masters, where required
