To provide administrative and coordination support in the preparation, assembly, and submission of bid and tender documents. The Bid Administrator ensures that all submissions are completed accurately, formatted correctly, and delivered on time in accordance with client requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12.
- N Diploma: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Office Management
- Btech: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Office Management (Advantage)
- N Diploma or Btech in Electrical Engineering (Advantage)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills with an eye for detail
- Relevant software application (MS Office Suite)
- Legible/Neat Handwriting
- Understanding of the end-to-end bid process,
- Strong document control and versioning knowledge
Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 Years Administration of New Bid/Tenders (Start to Finish)
- Analysing the Tender Evaluation Criteria and Compliance.
- Experience within the electrical, engineering, construction industry.
