About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at New Horizons Products and Services in Midrand Waterfall. As a key member of our express store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and preparing high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, milkshakes, and other menu items
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
- Experience in shop sales and stock control
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
- Formal education or relevant certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: R4000 per month
- Commission-based earnings
