5. *Negotiation*: Facilitating offers and negotiations.

The Real Estate Company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Residential Agent

It has two broker/agent models:

1. 70% commission split as the regular agent/broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained
2. 80% commission split with an additional profit share on minimum 5 qualifying agents/brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role.
