A driven Real Estate Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, leasing, and client relationship management within the commercial sector.

Key responsibilities include:
- *Property Valuation*: Determining property values and market prices.
- *Client Consultation*: Understanding clients’ needs and preferences.
- *Property Marketing*: Advertising and showcasing properties.
- *Viewings and Showings*: Conducting property viewings.
- *Negotiation*: Facilitating offers and negotiations.
- *Paperwork and Documentation*: Handling contracts and paperwork.
Key skills include:

- *Licensing*: real estate license. FFC Licence
- *Training*: Completing relevant courses or certifications.

The Real Estate Company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Residential Agent
It has two broker/agent models:
- 70% commission split as the regular agent/broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained
- 80% commission split with an additional profit share on minimum 5 qualifying agents/brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role.
