• Managing invoicing, payments & creditors reconciliations (local & international)
• Handling inter-company and local freight transactions
• Maintaining creditors age analysis & resolving supplier queries
• Performing GL reconciliations and preparing expense schedules (travel, training, repairs, etc.)
• Compiling monthly forecast sales, exposure & treasury reports
• Reconciling and confirming monthly intercompany balances with Group
• Supporting management with ad hoc finance tasks

? What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in creditors (local & foreign)
• SAP experience (recent) is essential
• Strong understanding of inter-company & freight transactions
• Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting
• Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
