• Implement Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
• Configure and deploy identity and access management: Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, RBAC, guest access policies
• Build and manage endpoint management solutions: Intune policies, Autopilot, compliance policies, app deployment
• Implement security and compliance controls: Defender suite, Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies)
• Automate M365 configurations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and IaC tools (Bicep/Terraform)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across M365 workloads

Agile Delivery

• Work within CloudOps pods to deliver sprint-based outcomes (typically 2-week sprints)
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers to break down complex requirements into deliverable tasks
• Ensure all work is documented and knowledge is transferred to customer teams

Customer Engagement

• Conduct technical workshops with customer IT teams and end users
• Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer during implementation
• Document configurations, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
• Build positive working relationships with customer technical staff

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap and new features
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing (team demos, documentation, code reviews)
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and quality

Essential Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise (Must-Have)

• 2-4 years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD in enterprise or SMB environments
• Identity & Access Management: Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC
• Endpoint Management: Intune, Autopilot, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies
• Collaboration & Productivity: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online
• Security & Compliance: Microsoft Defender, Purview (DLP, Information Protection)
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for M365 automation (Graph API, Exchange Online, Azure AD modules)
• Understanding of hybrid identity concepts (Azure AD Connect, SSO)
• Familiarity with M365 licensing (E3/E5, F3) and feature availability

Delivery & Agile

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable with sprint-based delivery and iterative development
• Ability to estimate effort for technical tasks
• Experience with version control (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub)

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong written communication: technical documentation, runbooks, configuration guides
• Comfortable conducting technical workshops and training sessions

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft certifications: MS-900 (M365 Fundamentals), MS-100/101 (M365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform) for M365 resources
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and implementation
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
