Job Summary
- Role Importance: Crucial for managing credit and financial assets, enhancing administration processes, and maintaining financial agreement integrity via SAP CML system.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in transactional banking or similar roles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel proficiency). SAP advantegeous
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Credit and investment risk management, familiarity with loan management systems.
Primary
Responsibilities:
- Deal Oversight: Manage full lifecycle of financial deals (initiation, monitoring, closure).
- Funds Disbursement: Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds.
- Records & Security: Maintain accurate, secure transaction records.
- Document Control: Review and sign off all financial documents.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate high-risk clients/situations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies.
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate system records for reliable reporting.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with various departments for cohesive asset management.
- External Interactions: Build strong relationships with clients, financial advisors, and regulatory bodies.
