Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Reception & Switchboard: Manage calls, messages, and visitor bookings.Administration: Handle correspondence, filing, and email management.Petty Cash & Supplies: Manage petty cash and office consumables.Event & Training Support: Assist with seminar bookings and delegate arrangements.Office & Returns Management: Oversee office maintenance and process returned goods.Basic requirements:Minimum Matric/Grade 12 (a post-matric qualification will be an advantage)3 5 years relevant experience in office and customer service administrationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Start Date: 1 June 2025 (or asap)Remuneration: Basic salary according to skills and experienceWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 16:45Closing Date: 22 April 2025Applications must include a cover letter & comprehensive CV including references, and copies of your ID & qualifications to be considered.
