Job Summary

Minimum Requirements Matric Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred) 5 10 years experience in a production and operational role Factory-based role with continuous engagement on the production floor Demonstrated leadership across multiple departments and shifts Proficient in ERP systems, dashboards (e.g., SAP, Sage X3, Power BI), and advanced Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage 50 direct reports Ensuring end-to-end production operates efficiently, cost-effectively and at optimal quality standards Implement standardized performance reporting Enhance inter-departmental coordination to meet business targets Ensure all departments operate in line with daily production schedules and agreed capacity plans Coordinate with planning and procurement teams to ensure material readiness Create and manage operational dashboards with KPI tracking Analyze reports to identify issues, drive improvements, and implement corrective actions Coordinate closely with Maintenance to plan interventions that minimize disruption
