Responsibilities:

• To communicate with the warehouse regarding all in and outbound queries.
• To control all key orders in line with guidelines.
• To receive all incoming calls from dealers with regard to all parts queries within set out timelines.
• All calls received must be action the same day and customers are to be contacted as soon as all information required by the customer has been finalised.
• To monitor Parts MSA email data base and respond accordingly.
• The dealer is to be contacted and updated on all aspects of information whether it is process, E.T.A of parts from supplier, right up until the customer has been satisfied and his parts needs have been settled.
• To assist and relate all relevant information of parts identification on the MSA system.
• All technical problems on the MSA system or any other parts identification problems are to be dealt with management and resolved.
• Manage all EPC queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification Matric
• Relevant certificate, diploma or tertiary qualification
• Experience in a parts department within either a manufacturer/importer or dealership environment.
• Strong problem solving capability, with the ability to work with others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills 
• Computer literacy, including an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
