Job Description
- Matric qualification is required
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the workplace
- Must have reliable personal transport
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience is required
- MS Office & Pastel
- Candidates with experience in accounts or stock control are encouraged to apply
- Must be well presented with excellent telephonic and professional communication skills.
- Managing reception duties and overseeing access at the front gate, ensuring a professional first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Handling invoicing for the service department, including preparing and issuing invoices and liaising with relevant departments where required
- Managing and monitoring a shared email inbox, responding to queries promptly and directing correspondence to the appropriate parties
- Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
- Fetching and coordinating stock for orders, ensuring correct items are prepared and ready for dispatch
