About the Role
The Sales Executive Detection and Suppression role at Fidelity Services Group is a critical opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive sales growth by promoting, selling, and supporting fire detection and fire suppression solutions. We are seeking an experienced individual with strong sales and negotiation skills to identify new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and ensure solutions meet client compliance, safety, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within fire detection and suppression markets.
- Promote fire detection systems (e.g. smoke, heat, gas detection) and fire suppression systems (e.g. gaseous, foam, water mist, wet chemical).
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders in line with company standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Relevant sales qualification or fire industry training advantageous
- Minimum 23 years experience in fire detection and/or suppression sales
- Strong understanding of fire safety systems and industry standards
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
