- Provisioning expert / Configuration
- SAP Success Factors – Certified Employee Central Core
- Main focus EC Rollout and SAP Success Factors Time Management
- Time Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Timesheet
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
- Main focus on Employee Central Time Management with sound knowledge on Employee Central Core
- Design and Rollout to various locations, SF EC Template design
- Operation support (when needed)
- ITSM change ticket creation
- JIRA/Confluence
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Time Management
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile)
- SuccessFactors: Payroll
- SAP SF CPI “Cloud Platform Integration” understanding or previous working experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- SAP SuccessFactor certified in requirement modules
- Strong experience in Applications Operations
- MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge)
- Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant to secure role design and user provisioning.
