Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the application architecture is modular, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring high code quality and performance.
- Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and assist junior developers in their growth.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-launch support.
- Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and debugging to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring that they continue to meet evolving business needs and are in line with new technologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, programming languages, and frameworks to ensure the development of innovative solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in application development.
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.).
- Strong experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, etc.).
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) and experience with database design and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
