Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Senior Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to lead and execute integrated digital campaigns that drive growth and engagement.Key
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize digital strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to create cohesive marketing initiatives.Lead the management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation among various channels and campaigns.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.Oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences.Develop and maintain a strong brand presence across digital platforms.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms, etc.).Proficient in analytics software and A/B testing methods, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.Experience in the Motor Industry will be an advantage.Interested candidates may send cv to AUTORECRUIT
