Following up on outstanding jobs with the technician/contractors/Agents Preparing Quotes for the repairs Ordering of Spares and following up on outstanding Spares Orders for jobs Debriefing of Contractors / technicians MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of Grade 12 with proven experience in a similar environment Good technical parts interpretation Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Working knowledge of SAP and Excel will be a prerequisite Prior experience in dealing with customer queries and handling complaints.
