Experience in PLM Windchill (configuration, monitoring, support, and troubleshooting) PLM Administration of users, groups, product folders, and product structures Continuous Integration & Deployment experience on the Windchill platform Expertise in Windchill infrastructure design, system monitoring, and maintenance Experience with DevOps practices and ITSM suite (Incident/Change/Problem Management) Ability to troubleshoot Windchill technical issues at multiple levels Flexibility to handle additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Advantageous Skills: PTC Windchill end-user experience Experience with Jira and Confluence Familiarity with Agile Working Model Basic understanding of German Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Qualifications and Experience Required: 5 years of Windchill PLM system administration, configuration, and user support experience Relevant IT degree or equivalent IT certifications and experience Experience in supporting and monitoring solutions Operations management expe rience Role and
Responsibilities:
Understand and interpret business needs and requirements, and move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation. Develop efficient configuration management processes within the Windchill environment. Support system administrator tasks, including system upgrade testing, validation, and end-user support. Perform system monitoring and PLM system administration. Collaborate with feature teams during sprint and refinement reviews. Work within cross-functional teams to develop software extensions and interfaces to Windchill functions and data. Propose Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives to improve processes. Oversee administration of users, groups, product folders, and product structures, as well as infrastructure design, system monitoring, and maintenance. Prepare system/technical documentation in line with ISO standards. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time. Self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective communicator (both verbally and in writing) on technical and non-technical levels. Creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to step out of comfort zones and adapt to different tasks in projects. Strong work ethics and flexibility. Ability and willingness to coach and train colleagues and users when required. Willingness and ability to travel to Munich, Germany if required.
