REQUIREMENTS Excellent track record being the all-round maintenance individual at a company Communication skills in English and Afrikaans Top organisational ability to ensure the smooth running of property maintenance and cleaning of equipment Attention to detail Valid drivers license and Own transport DUTIES Dealing with requests from the Owners Receiving and managing incoming stock Cleaning of laboratory equipment Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the property Manage requirements for courier services and manage collections or drop offs Purchasing of consumables for cleaning that is required Manage any additional requirements needed by staff for client requirements Ensuring garden is maintained
