Milnerton: SENIOR HR (Temp)

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full HR function , including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and terminations. Oversee staff performance management , including setting and monitoring KPIs. Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal HR policies. Maintain accurate personnel records and filing systems. Handle disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters. Provide HR support to management and employees as required. Prepare HR reports and documentation for audits or management review. Experience & Requirements: Experience in a senior HR role. Strong understanding of HR practices, labour law and employment contracts . Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Must be professional, assertive and maintain boundaries no fraternization with staff. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
