ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly polished service oriented ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER to take on operational duties and to lead the team , pull all operations together and to report & implement structures. MORE ABOUT THE POSITION / IDEAL CANDIDATE: Food and Beverage Profile The candidate must be experienced in superior culinary standards, 5* service standards with a natural affinity for European style wines and sound beverage knowledge. Focused on providing excellent guest service to mainly overseas guests. Outgoing personality with an eye for detail and service standards. Strong on controls, Point of Sale and Computer Systems Effective Management skills Experience with HR / Managing Staff. Operations Mgt/Rooms Div Profile The candidate must be experienced in all Rooms Division practices & management including effective Front Office operations, Reservations, Housekeeping and Administration. Strong on Financial Controls, highly organised, logical, systematic and effective planner. Must be versatile in managing all operational areas including Game Rangers, Trackers, Gardeners, Maintenance and Spa Therapists. Must adopt a natural service ethos to offer guests personal attention. Able to handle and manage additional responsibility of planned refurbishment programme during winter.
