<p><strong>Game Reserve</strong> in the <strong>Montagu</strong> area is looking for a <strong>Talent & Development Business Partner.</strong></p><p>The purpose of this role is to <strong>support</strong> the effective delivery of core <strong>HR functions</strong>, including <strong>Learning and Development, Payroll administration, Employee Wellness</strong> and handling <strong>Workplace Skills plan</strong> other reporting requirements.</p><p>The incumbent will play a <strong>key role</strong> in coordinating <strong>training initiatives</strong>, supporting <strong>wellness activities</strong> and ensure a smooth <strong>processing payroll</strong> of inputs.</p><p>In addition, the role will provide <strong>day-to-day administrative</strong> support to the <strong>HR Business Partner</strong>, ensuring <strong>compliance, accuracy</strong> and efficiency in all <strong>HR operations</strong>.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>Comprehend, develop and communicate abstract concepts</p><p>Correctly communicate detailed information and instruction to others</p><p>Operate comfortably in an environment of high levels of ambiguity</p><p>Reduce ambiguity to a few, well thought out scenarios and to communicate these effectively</p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p>Grade 12</p><p>Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial or Organisational Psychology</p><p>Background in Hospitality Human Resources in a 5* Luxury Hotel / Lodge environment</p><p>Valid Drivers license</p><p>At least 5 years experience in the Human Resource function preferably in a hospitality environment.</p><p>At least 3+ years experience in Learning and Development</p><p>Previous Payroll experience</p><p>Strategic Planning</p><p>Proficient user of Microsoft Office Software</p><p>Proficient user of <strong>Sage People 300</strong> Payroll software</p><p>Conversant with Hospitality and Human Resource technical terminology</p><p>Conversant with Hospitality organisational structures and roles</p><p>Expertise in Learning & Development (L&D) strategies</p><p>Experienced in preparing annual training plans including budgets</p><p>Competent in correctly developing and ensuring policies, processes and standards are implemented and applied across the organisation</p><p>Knowledge of online system for reporting IODs</p><p>Working knowledge of online U-filing system</p><p>Good knowledge of BCEA, LRA, SDA and EEA</p><p>Proficient use of the Department of Labour and CATHSSETA online portals</p><p>Models excellence of Human Interaction, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership</p><p>Committed to creating environments in which employees can flourish and produce their best work</p><p>Displays a sense of urgency and dedication to meeting the needs of others</p><p>Strong Organisational skills</p>
