Mooi River: Dairy Farm Manager – KZN Midlands

Responsibilities Manage and supervise farm staff, including task allocation and performance oversight Oversee morning and afternoon milking operations, ensuring efficiency and hygiene standards Monitor and manage calving cows and young stock Conduct pasture measurement and grazing management Perform and manage artificial insemination (AI) programmes Administer day-to-day veterinary treatments and monitor herd health Ensure effective maintenance of electric fencing Manage and monitor water supply for dairy cows Maintain accurate farm records and operational reporting Requirements Proven experience in a Dairy Farm Manager or senior dairy operations role Experience and competency in artificial insemination (AI) Ability to organise, manage, and motivate farm staff Good numeracy and literacy skills Fluent in Zulu (Essential) Valid drivers licence Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
