• Full function for AR/AP – Including age analysis, processing and management of Debtors Control
• Bank Reconciliations
• Cash Drop reconciliations and management
• Payroll preparation support
• Maintaining ledgers to the trial balance
• Filing and record-keeping
• Support Financial Manager
• Prepare financial reports
• Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls, rules and audit requirements

Qualifications:

• Matric coupled with a degree and or national diploma in accounting 
• 2-3 years’ experience in accounting/bookkeeping – including clerical or internship work
• Computer skills – SAGE / Pastel MS Office (Excel)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Previous experiences in the hospitality industry will be advantageous

Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, debits/credits/trial balance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to reconcile accounts and process invoices
