REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric qualification
• FMCG background; experience in the beverage trade is advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation with proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Ability to create and maintain great customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Result-oriented with outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and motivate others
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and deadline-driven
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to perform other reasonably related business duties as requested by the immediate manager as required
• Drivers License and own vehicle.
