About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Store Manager at Cash Crusaders and take ownership of a high-performance environment that thrives on operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and team growth. As a results-driven leader with a passion for retail and people development, you will drive store performance to achieve and exceed sales targets, maximising income streams through effective promotion of add-ons, GP, and other revenue channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising and marketing standards.
