Descripci n del empleo Job Scope Oversee plant operations to achieve quality, yield, productivity, cost, and safety goals. Develop and train supervisors and team members within the guidelines of union contracts and company policies. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, serving as an active member of safety committees. Provide timely and clear feedback to the Plant Manager on any deviations related to productivity, downtime, quality, yield, costs, safety, and turnover. Monitor and analy
