Our client is looking for an Electrical Supervisor to take charge of their electrical team. Think of yourself as the conductor of the circuit – keeping everything connected, safe, and running at full power.

? What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Technicians & subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Plan and allocate resources so no one gets overloaded.
• Inspect, test, and double-check installations and maintenance work (quality is king).
• Troubleshoot issues and guide your team when the sparks fly.
• Keep neat and accurate documentation – from work reports to safety logs.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other trades to keep the workflow humming.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor (or similar).
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• A solid grip on electrical systems, installations, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and schematics.
