External Sales Rep – Agriculture

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Nelspruit and Lowveld area.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics determined by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
• Generate reports on sales performance for management review.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are a must.
• No criminal record.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
• A positive attitude, self-driven, and highly motivated individual.
• Must reside in Nelspruit/White River areas with own reliable transport.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary negotiable depending on experience, paid monthly in Rand (R).
• Commission on sales will be offered, providing additional earning potential.
