- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet & email)
- Experience using Pastel (advantageous)
- Strong administrative experience, preferably in a technical or field services environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of financial principles
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Report writing and typing skills
