Job Summary
ADMINISTRATOR – TYRES
JOB SUMMARY (not limited to):
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Data Capture on tyre system
- Capture financial data onto the system
- Follow up on queries
- General Admin
- Send / receive stock
- Assist with stock capturing
- Assist senior administrator
- Compile reports
- Capture “new vehicle” data onto the system
- Capture credit notes and claims
- Edit vehicle movements on tyre system
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Fluent in Afrikaans / English (speak / read / write)
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work without supervision
- Computer literate (excel is compulsory)
Remuneration:
To be discussed in the interview
