About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting in Pretoria North. As a key member of our sales management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our dealership. If you have a proven track record in new vehicle sales management within the motor industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless dealership operations
Requirements
- At least 5 years Dealership New Vehicle Sales Management experience within the Motor Industry
- Grade 12 essential
- Diploma in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
- Drivers License Essential
- Automate, Evolve or Pinnacle Dealer Management System Literacy
- Strong Asset and Stock Controlling Skills
- Ability to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
- Specific Brand experience pertaining to this Client (to be discussed during screening interview with shortlisted candidates only)
- Great track record and contactable references
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of R 35 000 to R45 000 based on experience. Incentives, benefits, and company vehicle included.
