Roles and Responsibilities

• Matric/ Certificate or formal training in SolidWorks (advantageous)
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or steel/metal works
• Strong SolidWorks proficiency (modelling, assemblies, workshop/fabrication drawings)
• Hands-on exposure to steel fabrication processes: welding, cutting, bending, tolerances
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure manufacturability

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of how 3D models translate into physical components
• Ability to identify and correct design or manufacturing inconsistencies
• Excellent communication with workshop and production teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong planning ability

Preferred

• Experience in end-to-end steel fabrication environments
• Previous experience in production planning or quality control
• Knowledge of coatings, finishing, and assembly processes
