Minimum requirements: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to lead a team effectively Previous management experience essential Proven experience in driving and motivating a team to supply tooling requirements as well as developing the potential of all team members Strong understanding of CAD (computer aided design) software and other related technologies used in tool manufacturing and maintenance Experience in Tooling ability to make tools and understands Milling and Turning machines and can estimate machining times and costings Material planning and tool manufacturing planning Previous experience in a production environment Planning of tool manufacturing able to provide accurate delivery dates Managing of the tool manufacturing plans Managing of the committed delivery dates for tools Consultant: Michelle Du Toit – Dante Personnel East Rand
