Required Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Studies (e.g., BDS or BChD) Licensure: Valid dental license registered with HPCSA and current malpractice insurance Experience: Minimum of 5 years in private practice, demonstrating competence in independently managing core treatments Skills: Active listening, effective communication, initiative, continuous improvement, ownership, and adaptability to new technologies Assessment: Willingness to undertake a practical assessment if required Computer Proficiency: Digital Patient Management Systems: Ability to manage patient records and appointments digitally Invisalign Software: Familiarity with Invisalign treatment software Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint Additional Information: Training: Provided for specific software and techniques, including Digital Smile Design Mentorship: Access to guidance and mentorship from seasoned clinicians Work Environment: Collaborative, supportive, and designed with luxury hotel-style facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology Exposure: Opportunity to work across two prestigious practices General & Advanced Dental Procedures: Examinations and diagnoses Cleanings and preventive care Fillings Extractions, including wisdom teeth Crowns and bridges Implants and restorative procedures Invisalign treatment Please note: Root canals are not performed at this practice.
