Duties:

Develop and implement project control systems to monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget Coordinate with project managers to forecast project costs and timelines Analyse project data and provide insights to support decision-making Prepare regular reports on project status, including risks and opportunities Identify and address project control issues to prevent delays or cost overruns Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Education: Bachelor`s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Built Environment or related field Experience: Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience as a project controls manager within the mining industry Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of project management principles Ability to interpret and analyse project data Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in MS Project Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards Proven experience in project controls within the mining industry Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management software
