About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and disciplined Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in one of South Africa’s premier destinations. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for refining your craft and contributing to the success of our high-end dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items within a luxury lodge environment
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in the kitchen
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and manage workflow
- Collaborate with other chefs, sous chefs, and culinary staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a CDP role within a luxury lodge or high-end culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques, plating, and flavour profiling
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards consistently
Qualifications
- Formal culinary qualification is essential
