Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable client in the mining industry in the North-West area to find a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Practitioner. As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimise patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
  • Prescribe medications and administer treatments
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Post-graduate qualification as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner (MSN, DNP, or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner is preferred
  • Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical record systems
  • Valid driver`s license and willingness to travel if required
