Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting (±50%)

• Full financial accounting function across two trading companies
• Monthly reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements
• FNB banking transfers and reconciliations

Planning, Strategy & Implementation (±30%)

• Financial forecasting, budgeting and business planning
• Translating strategic objectives into operational financial processes
• Implementing financial improvements, systems and policies

Management & Leadership (±20%)

• Supporting and advising senior management on financial matters
• Presenting financial insights to top leadership
• Enhancing financial efficiency and business profitability

Core Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant
• Solid knowledge of SARS requirements, taxation, submissions, and compliance
• Exposure to Forex transactions
• Strong Payroll experience, including top management payroll
• Advanced accounting and reconciliation capability
• Skilled in financial controls, planning, strategy, and implementation
• Strong banking knowledge – preferably FNB systems
