Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Assist with hands-on tasks, such as roofing, painting, and carpentry work. Help with transport-related duties as needed. Work at heights safely, with guidance and support provided.
Requirements:
Some experience in roofing, painting, or carpentry is a bonus, but not required. Comfortable working at heights (or willing to learn to work safely at heights). A strong work ethic and a desire to improve your skills. Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred, if applicable).We need a person that has property maintenance experience.
