Job Title: Superintendent Enterprise Systems
Location: Kalahari, Northern Cape
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable
Hire Resolves client is seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent Enterprise Systems to join their team in the mine industry. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure data integrity, seamless system integration, and continuity across company-wide systems, supporting the entire value chain from planning and mining to production, load-out, and dispatch.
Responsibilities
- To ensure integration between the production systems and the financial systems through effective planning, organizing and control in order to provide accurate business information regarding cost and statistical data used for e.g. improved decision making and business improvement through managing and tracking information and process performance and to ensure increase in productivity and quality of product, which includes but not limited to:
- System management and optimization
- Process management
- Plant and mining system operations
- Project management
- Reporting and data integrity
- Business information and dashboards
- Customer and stakeholder relations
- Staff supervision
- SHERQ adherence and compliance in own area of work
- Work Ethics
Requirements:
- B Degree / BTech Degree (NQF Level 7 360 credits) in IT / MIS / Business systems or equivalent
- Certificate in Supervisory / Management / ARM or equivalent (NQF Level 4 150 credits)
- Minimum of five (5) years operational IT systems / data analysis / systems management / systems integration experience
- Minimum of two (2) years operational open cast mining industry experience
- Minimum of two (2) years operational Supervisory / Management stakeholder relations experience
- Computer literacy
- Advance user of MS Office
- Intermediate user of Mine planning packages, MineStar, MineSuite,
- SCADA, QMaster, JDE, SQL, DB Scripts and information structure
- Process knowledge
- System knowledge
- Policies and procedures
- Management knowledge
- Management skills
