Requirements:
- Grade 12 and any tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience using various job portals including Linkedin
- Organised and detail oriented
- Excellent English and grammar skills
- Set up to work from home
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Utilise various job portals, including LinkedIn, to identify and source qualified potential candidates.
- Review CVs and applications received
- Conducting initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability for open roles
- Conduct reference checks
- Assist with placing job ads
- Update candidate databases
- Contribute to a positive and efficient recruitment experience for all parties involved
