THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Warehouse Stock Manager to oversee the raw materials floor and ensure that all stock processes are accurate, efficient, and properly documented. This is a leadership role that requires strong accountability, problem-solving, and the ability to run a busy warehouse floor with precision
 
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, with accurate stock control and clear processes that support production.
 
SUCCESS OUTCOMES (FOR THE ROLE)

• The raw material floor is well-organised, safe, and efficient.
• All incoming and outgoing stock is accurately logged and traceable.
• Stock records are reliable, up to date, and reconciled regularly.
• Our stock controllers and storeroom employees are well-managed, supported, and held accountable.
• Production receives the right materials at the right time.
• Stock counts are conducted and reconciled regularly with minimal variance.
• Clear processes and standards are followed on the warehouse floor.
• Issues are identified and resolved quickly, with proactive problem-solving.

 
COMPETENCIES – ROLE

• Computer literate (Excel, stock systems).
• Strong record-keeping and organisational skills.
• Leadership ability with experience managing a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to hold staff accountable.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with an inventory management system

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years’ experience in stock control and warehouse processes.
• Experience working with an inventory system
• Previous experience in managing a team effectively.
• Proven track record of accuracy and reliability in handling stock.
