Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs on leadership development, team building, and employee management.Apply the Lencioni model of teamwork to enhance workplace collaboration and performance.Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisors, helping them develop their leadership skills.Educate managers on HR policies, including absenteeism, disability management, and employee relations.Conduct workshops and interactive sessions to foster a positive leadership culture.Assess training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership training, HR, or business management.Background in Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or Business Management.Proven experience in coaching and mentoring leaders at various levels.Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices related to supervision and employee management.Expertise in team dynamics and team-building methodologies (Lencioni model preferred).Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.Ability to adapt training to different organizational needs and industries.
